Project Overview:
In 2016, PT Buana Masa Metalindo was entrusted to construct the CPO Mill facility located in Batu Ampar, West Kalimantan.
The project features BMM’s proprietary Self Discharge Vertical Sterilizer system with a capacity of 40 tons per hour (TPH), designed to enhance crude palm oil (CPO) production efficiency through shorter sterilization times and reduced energy consumption.
As a steel fabrication contractor, BMM was fully responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of the main structures, while also supporting the integration of the plant’s mechanical systems to ensure an optimal and sustainable production process.
Project Result:
The facility was completed on schedule and is now operating at optimal performance. This achievement stands as a testament to PT Buana Masa Metalindo’s commitment to delivering efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions for the palm oil industry.
